The hotend no longer uses an inner Teflon lining and instead has an all metal heat break. Installation is tool-less and takes less than a minute, but because the heat transfer is a lot better you HAVE to re-calibrate not only the hotend's PID loop in the printer's settings, you also have to start from scratch with your slicer calibrations. The nozzle is still glued in, so that's a bit annoying (meaning no exotic nozzles other than what Anycubic offers), but the result is great - better than what the printer originally came with.

What do I have to say about this printer so far?

It's delivering. It seems to be a solid printer, the software works well, the app works well, and overall everything has been fine. I just hope it stays that way over time.

I've had a bad experience with a competing brand before, but at least Anycubic has delivered what it advertised so far.

The Kobra X system allows me to print directly from containers holding the filament and desiccant, which means I can work with very dry filament and reduce extrusion-related issues.

I did have some bed adhesion problems on the first print, but after washing the build plate, I haven't had any more issues. I also had to adjust the Z-offset slightly, and since then everything has been working perfectly.

So far, I'm very satisfied and I recommend this printer because it's an excellent deal with a very strong price-to-performance ratio. In my opinion, it doesn't lose anything to the Bambu A1—on the contrary, it has some advantages.

The engineering behind the print head is simply brilliant. I don't know who designed it, but they deserve a paid vacation from Anycubic. :) Very impressive work.

It's refreshing to finally see a great product from someone other than the usual suspects.

And if you ever need someone with ideas on how to dominate the market, talk to me. I know what a printer needs to be truly outstanding, and I think Anycubic has the potential to get there. They just need to understand what enthusiasts really need and want, and I do. I know what the perfect printer looks like. :)
