What is the Warranty Policy of Refurbished Products?
Warranty Period: 1 Year.
Warranty Coverage: Accessories are covered under the same warranty terms as a new device.
Return Policy: Products may be returned within 7 days without reason, provided the item remains intact (no additional damage and all accessories included). For non-quality related returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Policy: If a serious quality issue is identified within 7 days of receipt, please contact our customer support team for an exchange. After this period, the unit will follow the repair process under warranty. Replacement units are also refurbished.
Missing Accessories: If any accessories are missing upon receipt, please provide photos of the unboxing process and all package labels within 7 days and submit them to our customer support team to request the missing parts.
Packaging Standard: Original manufacturer packaging will be used, which may show signs of previous transport or handling.
