✅ Must be purchased at the time of placing the order. Not available after shipment.
✅ Effective immediately after shipment. Non-refundable once active.
✅ Cancellation is only possible before shipment, by contacting customer service.

Ⅱ. Coverage & Compensation Rules
🔍 1. Package Loss Q: When is a package considered lost?
Domestic orders: Not received / no tracking updates > 30 days after shipment
Cross-border orders: Not received / no tracking updates > 60 days after shipment
If the tracking status explicitly shows "lost", a claim can be filed immediately.
Tip: Domestic = origin and destination in the same country. Cross-border = different countries.
Q: What proof is required for loss? (Any one of the following):
✅ Official proof of loss from the courier
✅ Surveillance video showing non-delivery
✅ Written proof from a third-party authority
✅ Police report
Compensation: Full refund of order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees).
📦 2. Package Damage Q: What kind of damage is covered?
Product damage caused by logistics within 7 days of receipt.
Required proof:
✅ Clear photos of damaged outer packaging
✅ Close-up photos of the damaged item(s)
Compensation: Seel will assess based on severity, up to full order value (excluding shipping/insurance fees). If the proposed amount doesn’t meet expectations, you may continue negotiating with Seel on the claim page.
⏳ 3. Delivery Delay Q: When is a delay claim valid?
Domestic: Not delivered within 10 days of shipment
Cross-border: Not delivered within 30 days of shipment
Compensation: Fixed $5 (converted to payment currency).
Q: If I claim for delay, can I still claim for loss/damage later?
✅ Yes! Delay claims do not affect your rights for loss/damage claims.

’m new to resin printing, and the Anycubic M7 made getting started surprisingly easy. Setup was quick, and the auto-leveling worked great — I was printing within half an hour.
The print quality really impressed me. The 14K screen captures super fine details, and the prints come out smooth and clean. It’s also fast, which means I get to experiment more without waiting forever.
I love the build size — big enough to try different projects, but not overwhelming. The touchscreen is simple to use, and the printer feels solid and well-built.

The Anycubic Kobra S1 has been great overall. It worked smoothly without any major problems, only a few small things I had to learn as a beginner in 3D printing.
