5. Exclusions: This extended warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, disassembly, unauthorized repair, or failure to follow the product instructions.
Please note that if a full refund is issued for the machine for any reason during any warranty period, all aforementioned extended warranty services for that specific returned unit will be automatically voided and become invalid.

Q: Do I need to register or apply separately to get this extension?
A: No, you do not. This extended warranty is automatically applied to all eligible models sold during the promotion period. You just need to keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) safe.
Q: If an extended warranty part fails, do I send the whole machine back or will you send a part?
A: To save you time and cost, we typically provide replacement parts shipping. Q: What if another part not on this list breaks?
