Stronger Adhesion

The special surface treatment on the cool plate offers PLA filaments extremely strong adhesion at just 45°C. Effectively decreasing the possibilities of warping and bottom layer separation when printing smaller parts and large scale models.

Intelligent & Efficient

The Intelligent Identification chips are integrated with the Anycubic PLA filaments, enabling automatic identification of printing information for seamless workflows.

*Intelligent Identification function requires an internet connection and must be used with Anycubic Intelligent Identification-compatible filaments.

Filament Installation

1. Label the Filament

Remove both stickers and both chips (if present). Install new chip stickers onto both flanges.

2. Load the Filament

Open the spool, align the filament with the latch, and snap it into place.

3. Locking the Spool

Close the spool, press firmly, and rotate until you hear a “click," confirming it's locked.

4. Prepare the Filament

Once the spool is locked, remove the bonding strap and thread the filament into the spool hole.

For optimal results, it’s recommended to pre-dry the filament at 45℃–50℃ for 6–8 hours. During printing, use a temperature range of 190℃–230℃ with a heated bed set between 55℃–65℃. A printing speed of 50–200 mm/s, and a maximum volunme speed of 12 mm³/s are advised to achieve high-quality prints while maintaining material integrity.
