We have several warehouses located in US, CA, EU, UK, AU and China. Accessories will be directly dispatched from the warehouse near your location, and the shipping time is expected to be 3-8 business days. If the warehouse near you runs out of inventory, we will ship your parcel directly from China to fulfill your order, which is expected to take 5-15 business days. For pre-sale products, please refer to the logistics information when placing the order.

The purchase price does not include tariffs and shipping costs. Please note that we WILL NOT be providing a refund if a customer refuses to collect (or returns) their product(s) due to customs fees/duties and/or other related costs. You have the option to request a refund within a period of 14 days. However, please note that the refund does not cover the shipping fees and tax/VAT charges. All products purchased from the official website of Anycubic are warranted under different terms.
