As it turned out during my conversation with the support, this filament is not compatible with the Anycubic Ace Pro. When using it, the printing stops with an error. Based on the support's suggestion, if I want to use Mate filament, I should use monocolor printing, skipping Ace Pro. Unfortunatey I did not find any reference to this before purchasing either in the Ace Pro manual or in the Mate filament description. By the way, you can make nice prints without Ace Pro. So the filament itself is ok.
Small fee that didn't need to use, it's better be safe than sorry.

Everything was in perfect condition and on time.
Ordered a new hotend in advance, I have printed about with my first on. The order was fast and well packaged. Also a new cutter was on that delivery.
I cannot say how well it worked, because everything went okay. So no need to make use of the claim. But a device in this pricerange, you can't take a risk.
The comfort and clarity of communication was okay.
