I do not have enough experience to judge, but i am printing with this kind of resin quite good. I do not have abything to complain about.
The packaging was flawless and the instructions were very informative for assembly. The first print happened immediately, and to this day there's nothing I need to mention.
The previous assembly broke down within 2 weeks, it could not handle pva,filaments got easier clogged in the input channel, had to dismantle it 20 times… so it was a faulty model and this one works bettet
As someone coming from resin printing and buying my first FDM printer, I have been extremely happy with the Kobra S1 Max Combo.
The printer was very easy to get started with. Using Anycubic filament together with the Anycubic slicer makes the process almost effortless. The slicer automatically applies the correct settings, which allowed me to achieve great print results right from the beginning without spending hours tuning profiles or troubleshooting. For a beginner in FDM printing, this has been a huge advantage.
The print quality has been excellent, and the overall user experience has been very positive. The ACE system and multi-color printing have also worked well and made the printer even more enjoyable to use.
The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is mainly due to communication and support. Before receiving the printer, communication regarding delivery status was almost non-existent. The delivery took longer than expected, and it would have been nice to receive more frequent updates about shipping progress and expected delivery dates.
I also opened a support ticket regarding a noise that occurred when the print head moved toward the far right side of the printer. More than a week later, I still haven’t received a response. Fortunately, I later discovered the cause myself. A clip holding the filament tube was occasionally touching the side of the printer, creating the noise, so it was not a critical issue. However, the lack of response from support has been disappointing.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the printer itself and would happily recommend it, especially to anyone looking for an easy-to-use first FDM printer. The product deserves high marks, but the customer communication and support experience still have room for improvement.
Amazing printer, combined with the high speed resin 2.0 it is so fast. Printed an airbrush stand in 30 minutes. Something my FDM printer would take 6,5 hours to do. And people hardly believe its 3d printed.
